Soon ("the app", "we", "us") is a trip-countdown app for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

| Crash reports | Fix bugs quickly | Firebase Crashlytics (Google) |
| Trip details you enter (destination, dates, notes, checklist) | Power the countdown, widget, and share card | Your device only |
| Feedback / feature-request text you choose to send | Read and respond to your message | Google Forms |
| Email address (optional, only if you type it in the feedback form) | Reply to you | Google Forms |
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, or any payment information. We do not sell data to third parties.
You can:
Soon does not use your data for cross-app or cross-website tracking, and we do not use your data to serve targeted or behavioral advertising. Tapping a partner link (flights, hotels, eSIM, or insurance) may share a non-personal affiliate/referral identifier with that partner solely to attribute a booking to us — this is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Soon is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required in their country to consent to data processing (for example, under 13 in the United States or under 16 in parts of the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at soonapp.online/support and we will delete it.
Some of our service providers (for example, PostHog analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for these transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where required by law, we will notify you in-app.
